riltt does not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google data unless we explicitly request permission and you grant access.

4. How We Use Google User Data
riltt uses Google user data only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
If you use Google Sign-In, we use your Google account name, email address, and profile picture only for authentication, account management, and providing the riltt service.
riltt’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google requires apps using Google APIs to publish an accurate privacy policy and limit use of Google user data to the practices disclosed in that policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We only use these services to provide riltt’s core functionality.

riltt retains user data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
For paid subscription users, meeting transcripts and summaries may be stored for up to 28 days, unless otherwise stated in your plan or deleted earlier by you.
Free plan data may be subject to shorter retention limits.

8. User Responsibility for Consent
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to record, upload, transcribe, or summarize any conversation using riltt.
Recording laws vary by location. You should notify and obtain consent from meeting participants where required.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
